Returns & Exchanges

At Permanent Orbit, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
